**1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Processing Time: Allow up to 3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Average transit times to the United States are 6-10 business days, and international orders also have an average transit time of 6-10 business days.

**2. Can I cancel my order, and what is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of creation with no penalty.

  • Cancellation After Shipping: If the item has already shipped, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL" for further assistance.

**3. What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

If you've entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information. We can correct the address within 24 hours.

**4. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We strive to pack every item with extra care, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

**5. What if my order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items?

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items immediately and the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they are available.

**6. Is there a return policy, and how does it work?

  • Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

**7. How are refunds processed?

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

**8. What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply.
